Dr. Mohey has 40+ years of experience in civil engineering including, geotechnical, structural engineering.
Dr. Mohey has a Ph.D. in soil mechanics and engineering foundation from the University of KU Leuven, Belgium. He became Professor of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering at AL Azhar University since 1994.
He is also registered as a Consultant Engineer in the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers since 1997.
Dr. Mohey Aboutaha, has extensive experience in the field of geotechnical and structural design for civil works. He has been extensively involved in fields of engineering design, and construction supervision of a diversity of projects in Egypt.
In addition to his industrial experience, Dr. Mohey has an academic research and teaching experience in the area of soil mechanics and foundation engineering. Through his career, he authored and co-authored a number of papers published in international and local journals and international conferences.
